2026 Golden Globe Winners: The Complete List

The 83rd Golden Globe Awards took over the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday night, with comedian Nikki Glaser returning as host.

After coming into the ceremony with the most film nominations, Paul Thomas Anderson’s paranoid joyride “One Battle After Another” left with Best Comedic Film, Best Director and Best Screenplay while Teyana Taylor was recognized a Best Female Actor in a Supporting Role.

One of the evening’s subtle surprises was the success of “Hamnet,” a dramatization of William Shakespeare’s family life. It earned Top Dramatic Film while star Jessie Buckley won Best Female Actor in a Drama.

Winners in the television world largely mirrored last September’s Emmy Awards, where the limited series “Adolescence,” HBO comedy “The Studio” and the medical nail-biter “The Pitt” all shined.

Amy Poehler’s “Good Hang” podcast earned the Globes very first Best Podcast honor, formally cementing audio entertainment as film and TV’s full-fledged peer.

Paul Thomas Anderson’s thriller “One Battle After Another” leads the film nominations at this year’s Golden Globes, competing in nine categories.

Though the road to the Academy Awards technically begins at the Golden Globes, it would be a mistake to treat the ceremony as a crystal ball for Oscar glory.

The Globes’ particularly broad nominee pool — inflated by split drama and comedy categories for the top film accolades — combined with a famously suggestible voting body, create ideal conditions for wildcard wins.

Still, post-Golden Globes buzz can’t hurt when it comes to getting a little extra attention from the Academy.
