‘The Rip’ With Matt Damon Is The Top Netflix Movie This Week

The Rip” is currently the No. 1 movie on Netflix, according to the streamer’s public ranking system.

The true-life-inspired crime thriller, starring Matt Damon and Ben Affleck, centers on a group of Miami cops who stumble upon a $24 million stash hidden in a safehouse. By law, the team is required to stay on site and count the money, but when outsiders catch wind of it, everything and everyone — including the cops — are called into question.

The movie also stars Teyana Taylor, Steven Yeun, Sasha Calle, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Scott Adkins and Kyle Chandler.

“Together” is one of the top movies on Hulu right now. The body-horror flick follows longtime couple Tim (Dave Franco) and Millie (Alison Brie), who reach a crossroads in their relationship just after leaving behind everything they know for a move to the countryside. With tensions already high, a supernatural encounter intervenes, threatening to corrupt the pair’s love, their lives and their flesh.

Damon Herriman, Jack Kenny and Sunny S. Walia also star in the film.

“The Tank” is currently one of the top movies on Prime Video. The psychological war film follows a German Tiger tank crew on a dangerous secret mission deep behind the front lines. “As they journey through the lethal no-man’s land,” the logline states, “they must face both the enemy and their own inner demons.”

The cast includes David Schütter, Laurence Rupp, Leonard Kunz, Sebastian Urzendowsky, Yoran Leicher, Tilman Strauss, André M. Hennicke and Arndt Schwering-Sohnrey.

“Black Phone 2” is currently the No. 1 movie on Peacock. The horror sequel resumes with Finn (Mason Thames) and his sister, Gwen (Madeleine McGraw), as they confront a new nightmare when The Grabber (Ethan Hawke) returns from beyond the grave seeking revenge. With Gwen haunted by calls from the black phone and disturbing visions of three boys being stalked at a winter camp, the siblings set out to investigate the mystery and confront The Grabber’s evil once again.

The movie also stars Demian Bichir, Miguel Mora, Jeremy Davies and Arianna Rivas.
