“I bought this steam cleaner in hopes it would be helpful in removing years worth of grease/crud build up off of my gas stove metal grates. Mind you, this was after multiple attempts to clean it with other methods that usually work, such as soaking the grates in hot water & whatever cleaning agent followed by a good sesh of hard scrubbing with wire brushes. Although that method worked a bit, the result was always the same. Some of the grease build up would come off but that sticky, gross crud resembling the remnants of adhesive would hang on for dear life and I’d be sitting there feeling like I just wasted hours of my day I’d never get back. Well I’ll be damned! This steam cleaner has been a life saver!!! It’s easy to use AND works like a charm. I went from hand scrubbing all sorts of kitchen items which took me hours to steam cleaning everything within minutes. “Decades old stubborn stains are now GONE. First off, I would like it to be known that I did not cause this problem. As a lady that lives alone, those stains have been there for as long as I can remember. The person who lived here before me was a dude. With bad aim apparently. I moved in a decade ago. That’s how long I have been fighting those damn stains. It’s like pee super glue. I tried EVERYTHING. Every single cleaner on the market-liquid, powder, foam, even just straight up bleach. I’ve scrubbed and scrubbed and scrubbed and the stains were just NOT cleanable. Sorry for the disgusting photos but I am legit blown away at how effective this thing was. To be fair, I steamed it and then sprayed it down and scrubbed it, so it had some help. It didn’t just magically all go away with the steam on its own. BUT IT DID GO AWAY. It probably wasn’t a super fair test of how this thing works to have its inaugural run be the absolute hardest thing to clean in my house. It rose to the challenge. 10/10…Now my mind is racing with everything in my house I want to deep clean.
